I got these for my nine year old who hates having to take the time to tie her shoes. The problem we had was that once the laces are in places they are still very stretchy and therefore too loose for her liking. Boo.

Fast shipping, easy to put on , no trying now

As a triathlete I need fast transitions from the bike to run. xpand helps in this department, tight enough for running, but loose enough top put on. There is no time to tie your running shoes, just put them on and go. I have also used Yankz and do prefer xpand.
